The advertisements are then displayed by the web browser related to the content information sent. If the visitor is interested in these advertisements, he clicks on them for which the advertiser has to pay the publisher of the website for generating a prospective customer to his ad this is referred to as pay per click. In the pay per mille scheme the publisher is paid for every thousand ads displayed and these schemes are generally chosen by the publisher. Other than these schemes, there are schemes for referring websites too.
